У осьминога восемь ног. Это одно из самых умных морских существ морей и океанов. У него круглая голова и длинные ноги. Осьминог использует свои ноги и присоски, чтобы ловить пищу. Его любимая еда – крабы и рыба. У осьминогов нет костей, поэтому они могут протискиваться в очень маленькие пространства. Жизнь осьминога может длиться от 6 месяцев до пары лет. Осьминог может менять свой цвет. Обычно он коричневого цвета, но когда он чего-то боится, он становится белым, если злится – красным. Некоторые осьминоги могут быть опасны для людей. Осьминог сам является прекрасной пищей для акул и дельфинов.

The octopus has got eight legs. It is one of the smartest sea creatures in the seas and oceans. It has a round head and long legs. The octopus uses its legs and suckers to catch food. Its favourite food is crabs and fish. Octopuses have no bones and they can squeeze through very small spaces. The life of an octopus may last from 6 months to a couple of years. The octopus can change its colour. Usually it is brown. But when it is afraid of something, it becomes white, if it is angry, it becomes red. Some octopuses can be dangerous for people. An octopus itself is fine food for sharks and dolphins.
