В то утро Эндрю проснулся рано. Он оделся и заглянул в свою сумку. В сумке лежали фотоаппарат, коробка цветных карандашей, две альбома для рисования и «Монополия». Теперь он был готов отправиться в гости к бабушке и дедушке.

Его бабушка и дедушка жили в сельской местности, недалеко от большого озера с кристально чистой водой. Эндрю всегда проводил июль со своими дедушкой и бабушкой в деревне. Каникулы в деревне нравились Эндрю гораздо больше, чем поездка на море в августе. По утрам он ходил с дедушкой на рыбалку. Эндрю нравилось рисовать на берегу озера. Затем он помогал дедушке и бабушке в саду. Вечером они играли в «Монополию» или смотрели телевизор.

В то утро Эндрю обнаружил своего дедушку в гостиной. Дедушка Эндрю был красивым стариком с прямыми седыми волосами. Он носил очки, как и Эндрю. Дедушка обнял мальчика. «Привет, Эндрю! Ты готов? У нас много дел, не так ли?».

Andrew woke up early that morning. He put his clothes on and looked into his bag. There was a camera, a box of coloured pencils, two drawing books and Monopoly in his bag. Now he was ready to go and see his grandparents.

His grandparents lived in the countryside, not far from a large lake with crystal clear water Andrew always spent July with his grandpa and grandma in the country. Andrew liked his holidays in the country much more than the trip to the seaside in August. In the morning he went fishing with his grandpa. Andrew liked drawing on the shore of the lake. Then he helped his grandparents in the garden. In the evening they played Monopoly or watched TV.

That morning, Andrew found his grandpa in the living room. Andrew’s grandpa was a handsome old man with straight grey hair. He wore glasses like Andrew did. Grandpa hugged the boy. “Hi, Andrew! Are you ready? We have a lot of things to do, don’t we?”
