— I think that children in Russia would like to know more about schools in Britain. What school do you go to?

— I go to Kingston Primary. But I am leaving it in June to go to Hilltop secondary Comprehensive.

— Is it your fifth year in primary school?

— Yes, it is. I like my school. I know I’ll miss some of my friends and my teachers.

— How many days a week do you go to school?

— Five. We don’t have classes at weekends.

— I see. And when do your classes begin?

— We must be at school at 8.50. The school is over at two or three o’clock.

— Must you wear a uniform?

— Yes, we must. Ours is a dark blue skirt, a blue blouse and a grey jacket. We wear black shoes too.

— What do you usually do after classes?

— My friend Anna and I play grass hockey for the school. Two times a week we play in the gym or near the school.

— Very interesting. And what else do you do?

— Sometimes I help my mother to do shopping or meet my friends. We like listening to music and roller-skating.
