After that Newton thought about the apple for many years. Why did the apple fall? The problem worried him and he couldn’t think about anything else. Suddenly, in 1680, he came up with the answer. He was excited and started writing a book about his theory. Finally, in 1687, he published the book. It was called Theory of Gravitation and it became one of the most important books in the history of science.
