Привет Сьюзен!

Бьюсь об заклад, что ты ждешь, не дождешься каникул! Не беспокойся о том, какую книгу взять, потому что я только что прочитала блестящий ирландский триллер фантастику. Он называется Артемис Фаул, и написан моим любимым автором, Оуэном Колфер.

Позволь мне рассказать тебе немного о книге. В основном, это сказка нашего времени. Речь идет об офицере фейской полиции, которого зовут капитан Холли Шорт, которого похитил двенадцатилетний злой гений, Артемис Фаул. Он хочет, чтобы феи заплатили много золота, чтобы вернуть его. К сожалению, для Артемиса, Холли Шорт является членом тайной полиции фей и его старший офицер сделает все, чтобы спасти его.

Так что, как ты можешь себе представить, сюжет очень интересный, быстро развивающийся и в то же время очень смешной. Герои также хороши. Существует много действий и интересных высокотехнологичных гаджетов. Тема добра и зла сильна во всей книге.

Ну, вот об этом и всё. В общем, Артемис Фаул отличная книга, я думаю, очень хорошо написана. Я не могу отложить ее с самой первой страницы! Я определенно рекомендую тебе прочитать ее. Удачных каникул!

Hi Susan!

I bet you cantaskt wait to go on holiday! Dontaskt worry about which book to take because Itaskve just read a brilliant fantasy thriller set in Ireland. Ittasks called Artemis Fowl and ittasks by my favourite author. Eoin Colfer.

Let me tell you a bit about the book. Basically, ittasks a fairy tale for our times. Ittasks about a fairy police officer called Captain Holly Short who is kidnapped by the twelve-year-old evil genius. Artemis Fowl. He wants the fairies to pay a lot of gold to get her back. Unfortunately for Artemis, Holly Short is a member of the fairy secret police and her senior officer will do anything to rescue her.

So, as you can imagine, the plot is very exciting and fast-paced and it is very funny, too. The characters are also well developed. There is a lot of action and interesting high-tech gadgets. The theme of good versus evil is strong throughout.

Well, thattasks about it. All in all, Artemis Fowl is an excellent book that I think is very well written. I couldntaskt put it down from the very first page! I would definitely recommend that you read it. Have a great holiday! Julie
