2 was built (была построена) (Past Simple Passive, т.к. факт в прошлом)

3 was being painted (красили) (Past Continuous Passive, т.к. прерываемое длительное действие в прошлом)

4 have already sold out (уже распроданы) (Present Perfect Passive, т.к. действие, произошедшее в неустановленное время в прошлом. При этом действие более важно, чем время.)

5 will be opened (откроет) (Future Simple Passive, т.к. факт о будущем)

6 was put out (потушили) (Past Simple Passive, т.к. два последовательных действия в прошлом)

7 is made (сделано) (Present Simple Passive, т.к. факт в настоящем)

8 was returned (вернули) (Past Simple Passive, т.к. факт в прошлом)

9 will be sent (отправят) (Future Simple Passive, т.к. факт о будущем)
