Suffix -ful is used to form adjectives which characterise people, things, situations, etc, e.g. (Суффикс –ful используется чтобы сформировать прилагательные, которые характеризуют людей, вещи, ситуации и тд)
pain + ful = painful
hope + ful = hopeful
colour + ful = colourful
3 She likes wearing colourful clothes (3 Она любит носить цветную одежду)
