Военная наука обнаружила шокирующий факт о молодых американцах. Во Второй мировой войне только 20% солдат были готовы стрелять из своих винтовок (ружья). В Корейской войне 50% солдат были готовы стрелять в противника, а во время войны во Вьетнаме 90% солдат хотели убивать.

Социальные исследования в нашей стране показали, что в конце 90-х годов более 40% молодых людей были готовы иметь пистолет.

Эти факты показывают, что современное общество становится всё более жестоким. Зачем? Некоторые люди считают, что насилие по телевидению и в кино, а также видеоигры по типу «point-and-shoot (целься и стреляй)» сегодня делают молодых людей более жестокими.
