The Best Owner Award
Nowadays many pets are treated badly and it is a real problems. Many animals becomes homeless and try to survive outdoor. It is really hard for them, because people are afraid that animal can fight or be ill.
This new award is for people who care about homeless animals. For getting it you have to show certificates and photo from animal shelters which prove that you helped animal. The winner will be a person who saved more animals and found new owners for them than anybody else. The local competition begins in June and finishes December. This event takes part every year and the winner will get prize in City Center. The prize is trip to Beijing Zoo in China.
There are different opinions about necessity of this award, but we want to give additional stimulus for people who help animals and show that helping can be rewarded.

В настоящее время со многими питомцами обращаются плохо и это настоящая проблема. Много животных становятся бездомными и пытаются выжить на улице. Это действительно трудно для них, потому что люди боятся что животное укусит их или может болеть.
Эта новая награда для людей, которые заботятся о бездомных животных. Для ее получения вы должны показать сертификаты и фото из приютов для животных, которые доказывают что вы помогли животному. Победителем будет человек, который спас больше животных и нашел им новых хозяев для них чем кто либо. Местное соревнование начинается в июне и заканчивается в декабре. Это мероприятие проходит каждый год и победитель получит приз в Городском Центре. Приз-поездка в Пекинский зоопарк в Китае.
Существует много мнений о необходимости этой награды, но мы хотим дать дополнительный стимул для людей, помогающих животным и показать, что помощь может быть вознаграждена.

I would like to organize competition of the best cooks of our city. Participants will fight for an award "You Will Lick Fingers". The winner will receive a big set of Rafaello sweets, diploma of the winner and a cash prize of 200,000 rubles. This award is given once a year, on June 10. Competition will take place in cafe in the centre of town. Those residents (it can be not only professional cooks) will become winners who will prepare as much as possible tasty dishes in two hours. During this time participants will need to make first course, second course, a dessert and two unusual drinks. At the end of competition, guests and participants taste all prepared dishes and put down for each of them a mark on a ten-point scale. I think this prize will stimulate citizens to improve their culinary skills.
