Глобализация

Термин «Глобализация» часто используется, когда мы описываем мир в процессе международной интеграции. Современные технологии и рост многонациональных компаний ведут к развитию единой экономики и культуры на всей нашей планете. Страны становятся все более зависимыми друг от друга. Люди часто чувствуют, что живут в глобальной деревне.

Есть разные мнения об этом явлении, и многие из них довольно противоречивы. Антиглобалисты убеждены, что огромные многонациональные корпорации становятся менее ответственными за свою деятельность, и, как следствие, окружающая среда ухудшается во многих районах мира. Еще одна проблема антиглобалистов заключается в том, что такая деятельность отрицательно сказывается и даже подавляет культуры малых народов.

С другой стороны, сторонники глобализации высказывают мнение о том, что международное сотрудничество делает всех богаче. Глобалисты утверждают, что это ведет к лучшему взаимопониманию между странами, улучшает права человека и помогает разрешать конфликты.

Globalisation

The term “globalisation” is often used when we describe the world in the process of international integration. Modern technologies and the growth of multinational companies lead to developing a single economy and culture throughout our planet. Countries are becoming more and more dependent on each other. People often feel they live in a global village.

There are different opinions about this phenomenon and many of them are quite controversial. Anti-globalists are convinced that huge multinational corporations are becoming less accountable for their activity and as a result, the environment degrades in many areas of the world. Another antiglobalists’ concern is that such activity negatively affects and even crushes cultures of small nations.

On the other hand, the supporters of globalisation express an opinion that international cooperation makes everyone richer. Globalists argue that it leads to better understanding between nations, improves human rights and helps solve conflicts.
