Dialect —> a way of speaking a language that is used only in a particular area or by a particular group of people
(Диалект -> это способ говорить на языке, который используется только в конкретной области или конкретной группой людей ;
Accent —> a way of saying words that shows what country, region, or social class someone comes from
(Акцент -> это способ произношения слов, которые указывает на страну, регион, или социальный класса того, от кого он приходит ;
Jargon —> special words and phrases that are only understood by people who do the same kind of work
(Жаргон -> специальные слова и фразы, которые понятны только людям, которые выполняют тот же самый вид работы .

1. There are three principal chronological and geographic groups of Russian dialects. The first one is central Russian that includes Ladoga-Tikhvin, Vologda, Kostroma dialects. To the north of this zone is a zone of the northern dialect and on the south Southern Russian dominates. Interestingly, central Russian dialects, especially in Moscow, formed the basis of the Russian literary language (Существуют три основных хронологических и географических групп русских говоров. Первый из них - центральной России, который включает в себя Ладого-Тихвинский, Вологодский, Костромской диалекты. К северу находится зона северного диалекта и на юге Южный русский доминирует. Интересно отметить, что центральные российские диалекты, особенно московские, легли в основу русского литературного языка).
2. The dialects of the territory of the primary formation appeared in the 16th century (before the Eastern conquests by Ivan the Terrible). Later, other dialects appeared in the territories where Russian settled after the 16th century (Диалекты территории первичного формирования появились в 16-м веке (до восточных завоеваний Ивана Грозного). Позже другие диалекты появились на территориях, где русские поселились после 16-го века).
3. They exist because the degree of dialectal differences does not preclude mutual understanding of Russian dialect speakers and Russian people highly appreciate the history and culture of their region (Они существуют, потому что степень диалектных различий не исключает возможности взаимного понимания носителей разных говоров, и русский народ высоко ценит историю и культуру своего региона).
4. The main differences between the dialects are different grammar and vocabulary of people who live in different territories of one country. 5. A person speaks with an accent when he comes from another country or social class. He speaks in a dialect if he uses words and pronunciation of the particular area or group of people. There are three main groups of Russian dialects: northern, central and southern, named accordingly to the geography of Russia. Mainly they do not disturb communication of people from most distant parts of the country (Существует три основных группы диалектов русского языка: северный, центральный, южный, — согласно географии России. Like many dialects they appeared due to migration which took place throughout whole history from the 15 th century on. They differ from each other due to the local culture and traditions acquired throughout the centuries (Различия между ними существуют из-за влияния местной культуры и традиций на протяжении веков).
Dialect is a linguistic system with its own grammar and vocabulary. Speaking in a dialect can obstruct communication between countrymen. Accent is a special way of pronouncing words usually incorrect and different from the standard one. Jargon is used by particular groups of people. Jargon is usually expressive and may be difficult to understand though it is created for the simplification of speech (Диалект — лингвистическая система с собственной грамматикой и лексикой. Диалект может затруднять коммуникацию между соотечественниками. Акцент — особая манера произношения слов, обычно неверная и отличающаяся от стандартной. Жаргон используется определенными группами людей. Жаргон обычно экспрессивен и бывает труден для понимания, хотя и был создан для упрощения речи).)
