• сказать, есть ли частное медицинское обслуживание в вашей стране

• сказать несколько слов о ее хороших и плохих сторонах

• назвать несколько примеров того, как работает система здравоохранения

• назвать несколько примеров из своего собственного опыта.

Вы должны говорить 2 минуты. Учитель будет слушать вас, пока вы не закончите. Затем она/он может задать вам несколько вопросов.

Currently, three systems of public health are legislatively fixed and functioning in Russia, mutually complementing each other: state, municipal and private.

There are many good and bad points in each system. Most people think that it isn't good enough, because of bad organisation, so there is place to improvement.

Except the government health care there is private medical service. And as every thing it has some bad and good points. For example, the staff is nicer, but prices are high.

The medical care service works in the follow way: most often people just come to the hospital, book an appointment at the clinic. Sometimes they have to wait some time. In extreme cases patients get neccessary help immediately.

One day I came to the hospital to the dentist. I booked an appointment two days before. I stood for a while in the queue, and then went into the office, the dentist did the job and I went home.

Well, that is all I wanted to tell you about health care system in Russia.

В настоящее время в России законодательно закреплены и функционируют три системы общественного здравоохранения, взаимно дополняющие друг друга: государственные, муниципальные и частные.

В каждой системе есть много хороших и плохих моментов. Большинство людей думают, что она не достаточно хороша из-за плохой организации, поэтому есть пространство для улучшения.

Кроме государственного здравоохранения существует частная медицинская служба. И, как и всех вещей, у этой есть некоторые плохие и хорошие моменты. Например, персонал приятнее, но цены высокие.

Служба медицинского обслуживания работает следующим образом: чаще всего люди просто приходят в больницу, записаться на прием в клинике. Иногда им приходится ждать некоторое время. В экстренных случаях пациенты немедленно получают необходимую помощь.

Однажды я пришел в больницу к дантисту. Я забронировал встречу за два дня до этого. Некоторое время я стоял в очереди, а потом вошел в кабинет, дантист выполнил работу, и я пошел домой.

Что ж, это все, что я хотел рассказать вам о системе здравоохранения в России.

2) ИГРА ПО РОЛЯМ

Вы и ваш иностранный друг говорите о разных социальных пособиях, на которые имеют право люди в государстве с социальным обеспечением.

КАРТА СТУДЕНТА 1

Обсудите пособия, которые, по вашему мнению, важны и необходимы и то, что можно исключить из системы социального обслуживания. Вы начинаете разговор.

Не забудьте:

• назвать пособие/пособия, которые важны и необходимы

• объяснить свою точку зрения и назвать примеры

• назвать пособие, которое можно исключить, и объясните свой выбор

• согласиться или не согласиться с точкой зрения вашего друга.

Обсудите пособия, которые, по вашему мнению, важны и необходимы, и те, которые можно исключить из системы социального обслуживания. Послушайте мнение своего друга.

Не забудьте:

• согласиться или не согласиться с мнением вашего друга

• попытаться изменить мнение своего друга, если вы не согласны

• назвать примеры пособий, которые важны и те, которые можно исключить

• объясните свой выбор

• explain your point of view and give an example;

• name a benefit that can be excluded and explain your choice;

• agree or disagree with your friendtasks point of view.

Discuss the benefits that in your opinion are important and necessary and those that could be excluded from the system of social service. Listen to your friendtasks opinion.

Remember to:

• agree or disagree with your friendtasks opinion;

• try to change your friendtasks opinion if you do not agree;

• give examples of benefits that are important and of those that can be excluded;

• explain your choice.
